How to delete your Pullup account
Two ways to request it — from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed. Both permanently erase your account. Here’s exactly what that does and doesn’t remove.
Request deletion
Pick whichever you have access to.
In the app
- 1Open Pullup and sign in.
- 2Go to your profile, then tap the settings icon in the top right.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion happens immediately — no waiting period.
Put “delete my account” in the subject. A person processes it — expect it done within a few business days.
What actually happens
Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone.
Removed immediately & permanently
- Your profile — name, username, bio, photos, vibe tags
- Phone number, IC number, nationality, gender
- Your identity verification status
- Your trust circle, and your entry in others' circles
- Your "people met" history, both directions
- Your activity timeline
- Upcoming pullups you were hosting — auto-cancelled
- Your account sign-in itself
Stays, as part of a shared pullup’s record
- Messages you sent in a pullup's group chat
- Photos, videos, or voice drops you posted to a pullup's gallery — these auto-purge on their own within 48 hours of the event ending anyway
- Past pullups you hosted or attended, visible to people who were there
Why anything stays behind: a pullup’s chat and gallery are a shared record other attendees were part of too — deleting your account removes you, not their memory of the event.
